The 10th Conference of the WCER (World Congress of Ethnic Religions) will take place in Latvia - Riga - Sigulda - during the summer solstice from June 19-21, 2007.

Ethnic religions – national spiritual base.
The central axis of the nonmaterial cultural heritage of every nation is its ethnic religion - the national spiritual base that should become the spiritual base of all humankind in the future.
The divinity of every nation is the symbol of its spirituality and the promulgator of morality, ethics and customs.

Agenda
19 June - Conference opening ceremony in Riga centre.
Short presentation rite, speech or performance by representatives of each culture. Relocation to the Conference venue, presentation of the prepared reports.
20 June - Conference working day.
21 June - Conference conclusion – RITE OF LIGHT – presentations by all representatives of cultures, celebrating the summer solstice. In the evening at Sigulda on the Dainu Hill "The Jāņi Mystery" is performed – the celebration of solstice – lighting of the fire wheel, wreath making and jubilation till morning, meeting and greeting the sun.
